1. Returns

1.1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 3-5 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1.2. Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
Gift cards
Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) if applicable
Customized or personalized items

2. Proof of Purchase

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For online orders, please include your order confirmation email or packing slip.

3. Refunds

3.1. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days to your original payment method.

3.2. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or item, please contact us at donut@dietstartsmondaypod.com or visit our store. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at donut@dietstartsmondaypod.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

6.1. In-Store Returns: Items purchased online or in-store can be returned at any DSM Warehouse location.

6.2. Mail-In Returns: For online purchases, you may also return items by mail. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
